These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the pq444 platform and all its associated services. By accessing or using pq444 through its website, mobile application, or any other medium, you automatically agree to these Terms.

2.2 Account Security
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately. pq444 is not liable for any loss arising from the disclosure of account information or unauthorized use.
3 Age Verification and Protection of Minors
pq444 takes the gaming of minors very seriously. Our platform is intended only for those aged 21 or older.
- Documents required for age verification may be requested at the time of registration.
- If registration is completed using false information, the account will be closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
- A request to parents and guardians: please use parental control software on shared family devices.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

- Depositing using a third party's account or card is prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the stated time after approval.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the account from which the original deposit was made.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
pq444 takes a firm stance against money laundering and illicit financing. If an unusual or suspicious transaction is detected, we may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
pq444 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following terms apply to the use of these offers:
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- A 10x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus (meaning bets totalling 10 times the combined amount of the bonus and deposit must be placed).
- Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are applicable for use on the pq444 platform only and cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements are met.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers during an ongoing promotion, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- pq444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer without notice.
5.3 VIP Program
Our VIP program has four tiers, each offering special benefits:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.1%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.
Advancement to VIP tiers depends on gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. Detailed terms for VIP benefits are published separately.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
The following core principles must be followed when conducting betting and gaming on pq444:
6.1 Fair Play Policy
- All games on pq444 are fair and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- No attempt at cheating or manipulation of game outcomes is permitted.
- Exploiting any bug or technical error to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Setting Limits
Users may set daily, weekly, and monthly limits on deposits, bets, and losses. pq444 provides this feature as part of responsible gaming. Send a request to our support team to set limits.
6.3 Technical Errors

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pq444 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Bonus abuse or bonus manipulation.
- Participating in games using any software, bot, or automated method.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to pq444's systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
- Providing false information to pq444 staff or attempting to deceive them.
Engaging in any of the prohibited activities above will result in the permanent closure of the account and the associated balance may be forfeited.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
pq444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these Terms is violated.
- If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
- If suspicious or unusual activity is detected.
- In cases of self-exclusion at the user's own request.
- In cases of prolonged inactivity (12 months or more).
Users may close their own account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.
9 Limitation of Liability
pq444 is not liable for the following:
- Issues arising from disruption to the user's internet connection.
- Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
- Loss arising from the inadvertent sharing of a user's account information.
- Temporary service disruptions due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
- Financial losses arising from gaming or betting — this is entirely the user's own decision and risk.
